Two-Piece induction seal liner

Two-piece induction seal liner is a type of sealing solution that consists of two components: a foil seal and a separate pulpboard or foam backing. The foil seal is sealed to the container using an induction sealing machine, while the pulpboard or foam backing is then pressed onto the foil seal. Two-piece induction seal liners provide a secure and tamper-evident closure for containers such as bottles and jars, and are widely used in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. They are available in various sizes and can be customized to meet specific product and packaging requirements. Two-piece induction seal liners are an effective and reliable sealing solution for a wide range of products.

It is also good to know how to apply induction heat sealing liners on the containers and bottles? First of all the induction seal liner should be inserted into the bottle closure. Secondly the product is filled into the bottle and also the cap & liner should be applied to the container. Finally bottle will seal by an induction sealer (whether hand held or automatic induction sealer).

In order for the induction foil seal liner materials to function correctly, the closure must have sufficient means of retaining the liner material behind a retention bead while allowing the liner to rotate freely. Also the closure must press the induction liner firmly on the bottle neck. Otherwise a strong sealing won’t achieve even by using a high quality bottle cap seal.
